How we price your cards
Our offer isn't a guess. Every card you submit gets a fresh quote from up to four pricing sources, then a condition discount, then matched to your tier on the rate matrix above. Here's the work behind the number you see.
1. We check live market data
For each card, we pull pokemontcg.io Market Price, TCG CSV for sets the first source misses, and our TCGplayer worker for the published Market Price plus recent sold-listing average. Graded slabs add a PriceCharting grade-aware lookup. Whichever source has the freshest data wins.
2. We apply a condition multiplier
NM gets the full market value. LP runs at 0.85×, MP at 0.70×, HP at 0.50×, DMG at 0.30×. Graded cards skip this step — the slab grade already encodes condition, so we anchor to grade-specific sold comps instead.
3. We apply your tier rate
Then we multiply by your buy rate from the matrix — up to 85% cash or 100% trade credit at the top tier. Bigger totals unlock higher percentages, so a $1,200 collection earns a better rate per card than a $90 lot.
Why we publish this: most national buyers won't tell you how they price — you mail your cards, they make an offer, you decide. We'd rather you see the math up front and bring us a list you already know the rough value of. If our number isn't fair, the matrix tells you where we'd land — so you can walk to TCGplayer or eBay with a clean comparison.
Find Specific Cards
Searches both English (TCGPlayer market data) and Japanese (TCG CSV). Other languages aren't accepted — French, German, Spanish, Chinese, Korean, etc.
Search tips + heads-up: how the search works, mismatched-variant repricing
What's covered: Search covers singles and sealed product (booster boxes, ETBs, bundles, tins, etc.) — try something like "Obsidian Flames ETB" or "Evolving Skies Booster Box". You can also search just by the number printed on the card — "170/198", "170", English promo IDs like "SWSH001", "BW17", "TG01", "GG70", "SV01", or Japanese promo numbers like "242/SV-P", "001/S-P", "024/SM-P".
Tool's a work in progress. If the search doesn't find a card, or the price looks off, reach out to us and we'll help directly. We also recommend photographing your cards before shipping — it helps us verify everything on intake. If a card ends up being a different variant than what was selected (say Unlimited vs 1st Edition Charizard), pricing will be adjusted to the correct current market value. Final pricing is always based on actual condition and variant at inspection.

Your Estimate
Your Info
Estimates only. Prices pulled from recent market data and may not reflect live spreads. Final offers depend on in-person condition inspection and current inventory needs. Heavily played or damaged cards may receive reduced rates or not be accepted altogether.
Quick-Add Flat-Rate Categories
Pick quantities for any flat-rate inventory you're including — low-end hits, binder cards, convention inventory, and quick-add liquidity. Rates are per card for NM/LP — heavily played or damaged may receive reduced rates or not be accepted. English Pokémon only · no jumbo / oversized cards — Japanese and Chinese aren't accepted at flat rates. Quantities below are added to the estimate up top and submit as one request.
Not sure if your card belongs here?
Try searching it above first. Cards that don't populate individually may still fit these flat-rate categories below.

Please organize your bulk by type
When sending bulk, keep each card type grouped — Commons with Commons, Holos with Holos, GX/EX/V with GX/EX/V. Please don't mix everything together. Keeps intake fast and your payout quick.
