All services available by mail or in person at events. Screening results are emailed within 2–3 business days, along with a recommended grading company. Card Prep timelines depend on the grading company.

Refunded if the card fails screening. When Card Prep is added on top of Standard or Detailed Screen and the card doesn't pass, the $5 prep fee is refunded — we only charge prep on cards we'd actually submit.
Not included in the $5: grading submission fees (set by PSA, CGC, or Beckett based on service tier) and shipping insurance (available at your option).
Mix & Match Per Card
Build your list with whatever service each card needs. Detailed Screen + Card Prep for cards you're unsure about · Standard Screen for quick pass/fail culling · Prep Only for cards you've already vetted and just want submitted. You can mix all three in one request.
Error Cards Welcome
Miscuts, misprints, wrong backs — all welcome. We send error cards to PSA or CGC for their detailed error labeling and handle the submission on your behalf.
How It Works

We Review & Approve
We review every request before you ship anything. We want to give each card the attention it deserves — capacity can fill up, so we confirm availability first.
Send Us Your Cards
Once approved, mail your cards in or hand them off at an event. We confirm receipt and send payment instructions before any work begins.
We Evaluate
Each card is reviewed against PSA, CGC, and Beckett standards within 2–3 business days. Standard Screen returns a pass/fail verdict. Detailed Screen adds written notes and photos for every card that fails.
Results by Email
Screening results are sent by email. Cards not being submitted for grading can ship back right away or be held and returned together with your graded cards — your choice.
Prep, Submit, or Return
Approved cards are submitted to PSA, CGC, or Beckett. Once they're graded and your grading fees are paid in full, everything ships back — cards that didn't pass screening can ship early or wait to come with the graded ones.
Prep fee refunded if it doesn't pass.

Your Order
Pick Return for self-submit if you have your own grading account or want to use a different service. We'll prep, sleeve, place each card in a card saver, and return the cards ready to submit.
Turnarounds are PSA estimates and set by the grading company — they can shift with volume. We pass along what they publish but can't guarantee exact delivery times. Need different turnarounds for different cards? Send two separate requests through this form — you can bundle them in one package as long as each printout stays with its own cards.
